Who is a former student?

A former student is a person who has not taken a course at CCAC for 366 days or longer. If a person is within the 366 days, they are still considered a CCAC student and can reset their password‍.

Creating a temporary account

To create the account, you will need to go to the Transcript Account Self-Service site and follow the prompts. You will be asked for your 7-Digit Student Number‍ during the reactivation process.
