Pay by Credit Card

  1. Log into the Online Student Account Center - Access the Online Student Account Center - For Students‍ 
  2. Click Make a Payment on the Menu Bar

  3. See the Account Payment Screen

  4. Click Pay by Term button

  5. Select the Term you want to pay by clicking the check box next to the term

  6. Click Continue button

  7. Select Payment Method from Drop Down Menu

  8. Choose Credit or Debit Card from Method drop down menu

  9. Click Continue button

  10. Enter Card Number in Card Number Box

  11. Click Continue button

  12. Enter Name on Card, Card Expiration Date, and Card Verification Code (Security Code)

  13. Click Continue Button

  14. Review Payment Information
    If you need to correct anything about your payment, click the back button.

  15. Click Submit Payment Button

  16. Confirmation Page will appear

  17. Payment confirmation will be sent to your CCAC Academic Email


Alternative Way - Bank Wire

  1. Log into the Online Student Account Center - Access the Online Student Account Center - For Students‍ 
  2. Click Make a Payment on the Menu Bar
     
  3. See the Account Payment Screen
  4. Click Pay by Term button
  5. Select the Term you want to pay by clicking the check box next to the term
  6. Click Continue button
  7. Select Payment Method from the Drop Down Menu
  8. Select Bank Wire from Method drop down menu
  9. Click Continue button
  10. The Choose the Country Page will appear
  11. Type in the Country the payment is coming from in the Country you are paying from box
  12. Click Continue button
  13. Payer Information Page will appear
  14. Fill out the address of the Payer Information
  15. Click Continue button
  16. The Guaranteed Exchange Amount page will appear
  17. Click Accept button
  18. Click Finish button
  19. An email with instructions will be sent to the email address you entered on the previous page.
  20. Payment confirmation will be sent to CCAC Academic Email

Alternative Way - Electronic Check

  1. Log into the Online Student Account Center - Access the Online Student Account Center - For Students
  2. Click Make a Payment on the Menu Bar
  3. See the Account Payment Screen
  4. Click Pay by Term button
  5. Select the Term you want to pay by clicking the check box next to the term
  6. Click Continue button
  7. Select Payment Method from Drop Down Menu
  8. Select Electronic Check (checking/savings) from Method drop down menu
  9. Click Continue button
  10. Fill in the Name on Account box
  11. Select the Account Type under drop down menu
  12. Enter the Routing Number in Routing Number Box
     
  13. Enter the Bank Account Number in Bank Account Number Box
  14. Re-enter the Bank Account Number in the Confirm Account Number box
  15. Click Continue button
  16. Review the Authorization Page
  17. Check I Agree box
  18. Click Continue button
  19. Review Payment Information
    If you need to correct anything about your payment click the back button.
  20. Click Submit Payment button
  21. Confirmation page will appear
  22. Payment confirmation will be sent to CCAC Academic Email
