Upon entering the Subject of your Issue, Suggested Articles will appear on the right side of the page. The Suggested articles might help you fix the issue without needing to submit a ticket. If an article sounds similar to your issue, click the link for more information.

  1. To visit the CCAC Supportal please click the direct link on MyCCAC or visit https://ccac.freshservice.com/support/home
  2. Click Login
  3. Enter your CCAC email address
  4. Click Next
  5. Enter your CCAC password
  6. Click Sign in
  7. Verify your identity using multifactor authentication
  8. Click Yes, this is my device (to remember your Sign in)or No, other people use this device
  9. Select either No or Yes
  10. Click on Something is Broken or Not Working
  11. In the Requester field, enter your email address
  12. In the Support Location field, click the dropdown and select your location
  13. In the Subject Field, type the Subject of your issue
  14. From the Type of Issue field, click the dropdown and select the category associated with your problem
  15. From the Sub-type of Issue field, click the dropdown and select the category associated with your problem
  16. In the Description Field, enter any additional information you have relating to the problem
  17. If you have a screen shot or picture click Attach a file to upload it to the request
  18. Click Submit
  19. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to check the status of your ticket
