Why This May Happen
Devices may encounter error code: 80180014, CAA50024 or CAA50021 when opening Microsoft 365 (M365) apps including Outlook, OneNote, etc. This error is because the device cannot be enrolled in CCAC's M365 account for device management.
Solution to the Problem
During the installation process, you will see the following screen. Choose the option "No, sign in to this app only" then click the Ok button.
Troubleshooting Suggestions
- If that does not work, run the Repair an Office application.
