Reason why this may happen

Devices may encounter CAA50024 or CAA50021 error when opening Microsoft 365 (M365) apps including Outlook, OneNote, etc. This error is because the device cannot be enrolled in CCAC's M365 account for device management. 

 

 

  • During the installation process, you will see the following screen. Choose the option "No, sign in to this app only" then click the Ok button.

     
  • If that does not work, run the Repair an Office application.
  • You can also use the Online Web Apps
