  1. Find and click the tile for CYBERSECURITY TRAINING, or select Cybersecurity Training from the Menu on the left.
  2. Following either link will take you to the KnowBe4 login screen, in which you will enter your CCAC email and click Continue
  3. You will be redirected to the CCAC login page, which uses MFA for authentication. Enter your CCAC Email address and click Next
  4. Enter your CCAC Password and click Sign in
  5. Verify your identity using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your phone
  6. You can follow the prompts to view the tour by clicking Show Me Around or click Skip Tour.
  7. Once you tour the application or skip the tour, you will see the trainings that have been assigned.
    • If you don't have any assigned trainings, you will see a message stating that.
