Delete

Note

This article is for Outlook Mobile App users that previously had the App prior to the Microsoft Exchange migration.


iPhone/iPad

  1. Launch the App and tap on your initials (or photo if you have one uploaded)
  2. Tap the gear icon
  3. Select your Exchange email account
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account
  5. Enter your email address
  6. Select Add Account
  7. Enter your CCAC password
  8. Select Sign in
  9. You will receive a DUO push
  10. Approve the request
  11. Select "Yes, trust browser" 
  12. Your mail will take a moment to load
Delete

Android

  1. Launch the App and tap on your initials (or photo if you have one uploaded)
  2. Select the gear icon
  3. Tap on your account email address
  4. Scroll down and select DELETE ACCOUNT 
  5. Select Delete to confirm
  6. Select ADD ACCOUNT
  7. Enter your CCAC email 
  8. Select Continue
  9. Enter your CCAC password
  10. Select Sign in
  11. You will receive a DUO push to your device, tap notification to approve
  12. Select "Yes, trust browser"
  13. Select Activate
  14. If you would like to add another email account select ADD, otherwise Select MAYBE LATER to proceed
  15. You will now have access to your email
