One of the following could be the problem:
- Your CCAC Account is not activated - Creating Your CCAC NetID and Password
- Your CCAC Username is not correct
- Your CCAC Password is not correct or has expired - Resetting your Password on your CCAC NetID Account
"Uh-oh..." or "Something went wrong"
Your CCAC account is not in the Navigate360 system. Contact the CCAC ServiceDesk at help@servicedesk.ccac.edu to let them know you need to be added.
Delete"Your credentials worked, but we can't find your account"
Your username and password successfully signed you in, but your account has not been assigned a role in the system. Contact the CCAC ServiceDesk at help@servicedesk.ccac.edu to let them know you need to be added.
