Downloading the Video from Zoom

NOTE

During the meeting, you must have chosen the option to "Record to Cloud." 

  1. From a web browser, go to ccac.zoom.us
  2. Click the Sign In button
  3. Enter your CCAC username and password
  4. Click the Sign in Button
  5. Click the Recordings in the left menu
  6. Locate the meeting
  7. Click the meeting title/link
  8. Click the Download button
    1. You may need to Allow multiple downloads
  9. The recordings will begin to download



Uploading the Video to Panopto

NOTE

Depending on the size of the video, it will take time to process the video. 


  1. From a web browser, go to lectures.ccac.edu
  2. Log into Panopto - Logging into and Accessing the Panopto Server
  3. Navigate to where you want to store your video
    In this article, they are stored in the My Folder
  4. Click the Create button
  5. Choose Upload Media
  6. Click the box to upload the file
  7. Navigate to where you video file is
  8. Click the video file you want to upload

  9. Click the Open button
  10. You will see the video begin to upload and process
  11. Click the X to close this window when done


To a Specific Course

Before you begin

You must have configured your blackboard course to Panopto - Configuring Panopto for your Blackboard Course 


  1. Go to the course you want to upload the video to in your Blackboard course
  2. Click the Panopto Tool Link
  3. Click the Create button
  4. Choose Upload media
  5. Click on the box
  6. Navigate to where you video file is
  7. Click the video file you want to upload

  8. Click the Open button
  9. You will see the video begin to upload and process
  10. Click the X when upload is complete
  11. The video will be in your list of videos
