MyCCAC Hub Mobile App

This article will help you access and navigate the updated MyCCAC Hub mobile App.

Upon clicking the tiles or the menu items, you may be presented with pages of information, SharePoint sites, Help Center articles, or the CCAC website.

 

Downloading and Installing the MyCCAC Hub Mobile App

iOS

  1. Open the App Store 
  2. Tap Search
  3. Search for MyCCAC Hub
  4. Tap the Get button
  5. Wait for the app to download and install
  6. Open the MyCCAC Hub app
  7. Choose the profile that best fits you
  8. Accept the terms
  9. Enter your Username and Password
  10. Tap Sign in
  11. Navigate through the Introductory prompts
  12. (Optional) Enable FaceID
  13. Your dashboard will begin to load
 
 

Android

  1. Open the Play Store
  2. Search for MyCCAC Hub
  3. Tap MyCCAC Hub app
  4. Tap Install
  5. Wait for app to download and install
  6. Click Open
  7. Tap Allow
  8. Choose the profile that best fits you
  9. Tap Accept the terms
  10. Enter you Username and Password
  11. Tap Sign in
  12. Navigate through the Introductory prompts
  13. Your dashboard will begin to load
 
 
 
 

Arranging the Tiles in the MyCCAC Hub Mobile App

iOS

  1. Open the MyCCAC Hub Mobile App
  2. Tap Arrange in the menu at the bottom of the App
  1. Hold and drag the tiles to move them
  1. When finished, tap Done
 
 

Android

  1. Open the MyCCAC Hub Mobile App
  2. Tap on the 3 ellipses in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Tap Arrange
  4. Hold and drag the tiles to move them
  5. When finished, tap Done
 
 
 
 

Changing the Settings in the MyCCAC Hub Mobile App

Map Types

Note

This setting gives you the option to choose what type of maps you can use, while using the Map Tile. As a user, you can choose between Apple Maps or Google Maps.

This setting is not available for Android devices.

 

iOS Device

  1. Tap Settings in the menu, at the bottom of the app
  1. Navigate to Map Type
     
  1. Tap the type of Maps you want to use (Apple Maps or Google Maps)
    1. When using the Map Tile, the app will now use the Map Type you selected
 
 
 
 

Change Profile

iOS Device

  1. Tap Settings in the menu, at the bottom of the app
     
  1. Tap Change Profile
     
  1. Select the appropriate profile
     
  1. Tap Confirm
     
 
 

Android Device

  1. Tap the 3 ellipsis
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Under CURRENT PROFILE, tap Chane Profile
  4. Select the appropriate profile
 
 
 
 

Send Us Feedback

iOS Device

  1. Tap Settings in the menu at the bottom of the app
  1. Tap Send Feedback
  1. Tap Send Feedback
  1. Tap Feedback for this page or Feedback for this app
  1. Tap the Star(s) to rate the app
  1. Tap Is there anything specific?
  1. Type in your feedback
  1. Tap Feedback
  1. Tap Submit
 
 

Android Device

  1. Tap the 3 ellipsis
  2. Tap Feedback
  3. Tap Send Feedback
  4. Rate the app or describe the feedback
    1. Please be as descriptive as possible
  5. Tap Send
 
 
 
 

Log-Out of MyCCAC Hub Mobile App

iOS Device

  1. Tap Settings in the menu at the bottom of the app
  1. Tap Logout
  1. Tap Yes
 
 

Android Device

  1. Tap the 3 ellipsis
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap the key symbol with an X below it to log off
 
 
 
 
 
 

Perform a Search in the MyCCAC Hub Mobile App

iOS

  1. Open the MyCCAC Hub Mobile app
  2. Tap on Search in the menu at the bottom of the app
  1. Type in the keywords(s) to perform a search
  1. Tap the appropriate result
 
 

Android

  1. Open the MyCCAC Hub Mobile app
  2. Tap on the magnifying glass
  3. Type in the keywords(s) to perform a search
  4. Tap the appropriate result
 
 
 
 

Viewing your Schedule from the MyCCAC Hub Mobile App

Note

You must be logged in as a student to see your My Schedule tile.

 
  1. From the MyCCAC Hub home screen, tap My Schedule
  1. You may need to enter your CCAC username and Password and tap Sign in
  1. Your whole semester schedule will load, this includes late-start classes
  1. Tap Meeting information for more information about that course
